Processing & Shipping

    •    Processing delays may occur, especially during high-volume periods or releases.

    •    Expedited processing is available at checkout for faster handling.

    •    Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

    •    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

    •    Flat-rate standard shipping within the United States.

    •    Free standard shipping on orders over $300.

    •    Expedited processing is available for an additional cost.

Delays & Issues

    •    If your order exceeds the stated timeframe and we have not updated our shipping policy, a full refund in store credit only will be offered.

    •    Basement Boy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses.

International Orders

    •    International shipping is available to select countries.

    •    Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
