No Refund, No Exchange Policy

At Basement Boy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages & Issues

    •    We take care to ensure the quality of every item before shipping.

    •    If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact basementboyus@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

    •    If a resolution is approved, store credit is the only refund option.

Additional Notes

    •    Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

    •    Approved store credit will be issued at our discretion.
